If you end up deciding you want to go more hardcore and dual wield most efficiently the penalty is 2k-4k Gold for edgies as long as the aesthetics outweigh that possibility go for it -sincerely an undead warrior w/ -2000G. Nelf would be my last pick. Human for pve, gnome for PvP and dwarf for the looks! Perception is unbelievably good vs other rogues, if you’re pvping I’d choose human. My guild is pretty min max, and one of our top rogues is a dwarf. I really stress about it, play what you want.
