Just played through the games and purchased the dlc via game pass on the Series X. Didn't have a problem but I do know that with most games the dlc won't actually take effect and load in unless the game is closed and rebooted after the dlc is finished downloading. Beyond that I've never had an issue so I'm not sure.
I have own this game for years now. I have been to trying to install it on my windows 10 pc and every time I open the game my dlc is not installed. It shows all the dlc in the tab where you can buy it from bioware but I have the ultimate edition dlc with valid key. I have tried running all the programs that other guides have said to use and nothing will download my dlc.

I'm reinstalling it, and I don't recall having this issue before. (In fact, the title screen only says Dragon Age Origins, not Ultimate Edition). All of the DLC shows up as unpurchased. Logging in will still sync your achievements and I think your custom character's name, species, and origin to Dragon Age Keep. I have an EA account and still can't login from the game. As said above, EA closed original Bioware servers years ago.
The DLC item will automatically begin to download. Once it has completed downloading and installing the content, the DLC item will move to the Installed Content tab. Click the ˘Installed Content ˇ tab to review all DLC you currently have installed on this machine. Ensure the content you just downloaded is set to Enabled. 8.
